- Information about why you are on our database, for example because you have enquired about hiring, or have booked Waxham Barn, or you have asked us to keep your details on file.

Occasionally we may share your names and contact information with other couples looking for recommendations. We will only do this with your consent.

Your information is securely stored and we endeavour to ensure that there are appropriate and proportionate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss, destruction, misuse, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or of access to your personal information.

Where we rely on your consent to use your personal information, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
You have the right to be told how your personal information will be used. This Policy is intended to provide you with a clear and transparent description of how your personal information may be used.

When you make a firm booking for Waxham Barn we have a contractual relationship with you.
